

Planned System Conversion Updates
We are upgrading our banking system to better serve you with improved technology, enhanced digital banking features, and a better overall banking experience. This page provides important updates and information regarding our upcoming banking system conversion. Here you’ll find important dates, temporary service impacts, preparation tips, and answers to frequently asked questions to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

Important Conversion Dates
- Last day to schedule Bill Pay and ACH payments before the system conversion.
- Bill payment transactions scheduled between June 25 and June 28 will not be processed until Monday, June 29. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid late payments, service interruptions, or other potential disruptions.
• Mobile Deposit and RDC (Remote Deposit Capture) services will be unavailable after 3:00 PM
• Wire transfer services will be unavailable after 4:00 PM
• Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATMs will be offline after 6:00 PM
• Debit cards will remain active but will operate with temporary limited transaction limits after 6:00 PM
• Point-of-Sale Transactions: $500 daily limit
• ATM Withdrawals: $300 daily limit
On Saturday, June 27, the following branches will have extended banking hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM to better serve customers during the transition:
• Mansura
• Cenla
• Cottonport
• Simmesport
• Bunkie
• Brusly
• New Roads
In addition, a dedicated phone line will be available to assist customers with balance verification and account history inquiries.
- Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM services will be restored progressively as system updates are completed. We are excited to bring these enhanced services back online.
- Please verify that your Bill payment and ACH information, including account numbers, payment amounts, and routing numbers, is accurate and up to date to help ensure timely processing when services resume.
Temporary Service Interruptions
- Debit cards will continue to work during and after the conversion; however, temporary transaction or withdrawal limits may apply until all systems are fully restored.
- Online Banking and mobile banking will be temporarily unavailable
- Online Bill Pay access will be unavailable
- ATMs may experience temporary downtime
- E-statements will be temporarily unavailable
How to Prepare
- Schedule Online Bill Pay and ACH payments before June 22nd.
- Download or print important account records and E-statements.
- Verify contact information is up to date.
- Plan ahead for cash or ATM needs during the conversion window.
- Be prepared to reset your Online Banking password after conversion.
What You Need to Do

Please make sure all account information and transactions have been downloaded from your current online banking connection. We recommend reviewing your records and completing any outstanding downloads before the conversion begins.

- Starting Monday, June 29, 2026
You can begin reconnecting QuickBooks, Quicken, and other financial management software to our upgraded online banking system. Instructions will be available to guide you through the setup process.

Important Reminder
To avoid duplicate transactions, please take care not to overlap transaction date ranges when downloading transactions after the conversion. Review downloaded transactions carefully before accepting them into your register.
Your Accounts Remain Secure
Customer accounts will remain secure throughout the system conversion process, and all existing security protections and safeguards will continue to remain in place. All customer deposits will remain FDIC insured during the transition. In addition, direct deposits, automatic payments, payroll deductions, and other recurring transactions are expected to continue processing normally.
